At CHECOD, we review policy, practice, and analyze structures, processes, and outputs (SPOs) using standardized analytical frameworks/tools for integrated, sustainable and resilient health systems in Nigeria, Rwanda, and Zambia. For example, we:

• Institutionalized health sector planning cell (HSPC) program and built capacity of members.
• Facilitated timely, integrated, evidence-based health planning (strategic and operational), budgeting, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation for better health outcomes.
• Used Spectrum/OneHealth Tool for Cost and Impact evidence generation using the whole-of-system approach.
• The Health Accounts Production Tool (HAPT) was successfully applied during resource tracking and efficiency analysis.
• Used Health Account Analysis Tool (HAAT)
• Conducted Value for Money Analysis and Modelling
• Supported evidence-based advocacy and integrated health financing for health sector priorities.
